I setup Natural Ranks in 2009 after a successful
career in the SEO industry working in-house &
agency side, in both Managerial and Director
positions for large corporations.
Some of the things I enjoy include travelling, food and drink, gaming and snowboarding.
My dog, Max, is my world. Who I enjoy going on walks with in the Lakes.

Who will I be working with?
You’ll work directly with me, Graham, a freelance digital marketing consultant based in Lancaster. I don’t pass your account through layers of account managers, so you get clear advice, honest communication and practical support from the person doing the work.
Do you only work with businesses in Lancaster?
No. I’m based in Lancaster and work with many local businesses across Lancashire and the North West, but I also support clients across the UK. Most work can be handled remotely through email, calls and regular updates.
Can you help if I’m not sure what service I need?
Yes. Many businesses know they want more enquiries, better rankings or stronger online visibility, but are not sure where to start. I can look at your website, current marketing activity and goals, then recommend the most sensible next steps.
Do you offer one-off support or ongoing monthly work?
Both options are available. Some businesses need a one-off SEO review, website improvements or campaign setup, while others benefit from ongoing monthly support to keep improving results over time.
How long does SEO take to work?
SEO is usually a medium to long-term strategy. Some improvements can have an impact quickly, especially if there are technical issues or missed opportunities, but stronger organic growth usually takes time, consistency and the right content strategy.
Can you help with Google Ads as well as SEO?
Yes. SEO is useful for building long-term visibility, while Google Ads can help generate enquiries more quickly. Depending on your goals and budget, I can help with either channel individually or use both together as part of a joined-up marketing approach.
Can you improve an existing website, or do I need a new one?
You do not always need a new website. In many cases, improving the structure, content, calls to action, technical setup and tracking can make an existing website perform better. If a new website would be the better option, I’ll explain why clearly.
